kweli.tv is a mission driven streaming service that celebrates global Black stories and amplifies creators of African descent representing through 800+ curated indie films, documentaries, animation, web series, children’s shows, audio stories and live experiences. kweliTV is accessible from anywhere in the world and distributed to several mobile and TV apps, platforms and educational institutions. Sixty percent of our subscription revenue goes to our nearly 500 content creators.

kweliEDU

kweli.education is digital portal that delivers culturally rich global Black indie films, documentaries and shows to universities, K-12 schools, libraries systems and other institutions in order to shift the black narrative, dismantle implicit bias and tackle the erasure of Black History education. We currently work with 10 institutions reaching more than 150K students.

kweliFUND

kweli.fund is a crowd giving platform that raises funds exclusively for the filmmakers and creators who have content (films, documentaries, web shows, etc.) currently streaming on kweliTV. With only 3-7 projects live on the platform at a time, contributors won't be overwhelmed with funding opportunities. These creators are featured on the kweliTV streaming service with direct link to their campaigns.

Movies + Mimosas

Movies & Mimosas is one of our signature events featuring award-winning films and lively fireside chats with Black creators and artisans, all while guests enjoy mimosas and popcorn. The event showcases a curated selection of short films exploring themes such as tech, animation, sci-fi, AI, social justice, Black joy and AfroFuturism. Between screenings, guests will have the opportunity to engage in intimate, one-on-one conversations with filmmakers, gaining valuable insights into their creative journeys.
